The Sonne apartment is located on the top floor, it is south facing and has a private balcony, from the apartment you have beautiful views of the piste. Spacious living area. Suitable for 5-7 people.
3 triple bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower and toilet, 1 infrared sauna for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, cooker, kettle, coffee machine for beans, crockery and cutlery.
A lounge area with extra bed, Sat TV, radio, balcony. Car parking, ski room and free Wi-Fi.
1 additional person possible for a surcharge in the sofa bed together with the seventh person.

The starting prices are per apartment and day, excluding local tax (€ 3.00 per person, per day). The prices include a one-time change of towels for weekly bookings. The cleaning of the apartment during the stay is not included in the price and can be done optionally on request. The final price depends on the number of people. The local tax has to be paid directly and in cash.

Short stay supplement (less then 5 nights) € 15.00 per person per day.
Parking: For each apartment there are two parking spaces available in front of our house.

Check-in / Check-out: The apartments are available from 4pm. Check out is at 10am. If you will be arriving after 8pm we would ask that you notify us in advance.

Payment: 40% on booking, balance one month before departure. Transfers are to be carried out free of charge for the recipient.

Booking confirmation / deposit: The booking is binding after transfer of the 40% down payment.

For non-arrivals, late arrivals or early departures the full amount will still be charged.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation up to three months in advance free of charges.

- Cancellation less than 3 months before the date of arrival, 40 % cancellation fee of the agreed total price.
- Cancellation less than 1 month before the date of arrival, 90 % cancellation fee of the agreed total price.

Cancellation policy and terms and conditions: The regulations stipulated by the Austrian hotel contract conditions, (Österreichische Hotelvertragsbedingungen (ÖHVB)) will be applied. The regulations are subject to change.

In the case of lockdown or other restrictions, (if arrival is not possible due to closed borders, closed hotels, or closing of the valley), there will, of course, be no cancellation charges.
We recommend taking out European travel insurance.

Travel insurance

Travel insurance: We recommend taking out private travel insurance . The insurance offers coverage in the event that you, as an insured customer, cannot begin your holiday or you have to cut it short:,
- because you have a high temperature, even if a later test result is negative or you tested positive for COVID-19 without showing any symptoms.
- because you develop COVID-19 symptoms.
- because a close relative or a person living in the same household becomes ill with COVID-19 and your presence is urgently required.
- because a close relative in the common household is sick with COVID-19 and you therefore have to go into quarantine.

In addition this should then cover any cancellation costs in case of accident, illness, death of the insured or their family before the holiday or during the stay. Travel insurance can be booked via the website: www.europaeische.at (in German only) or when making your reservation with us.


The apartments are ready from 4pm. We ask our guests to pay a cash security deposit of € 300 for the apartment, on arrival. If there is still an outstanding balance for the apartment, this must also be paid on arrival..


2 parking spaces are available per apartment. Please note that it is not possible to arrive and park your car before 10am. Normally, all parking spaces are still occupied until this time. If you arrive with more than 2 vehicles, the additional cars must be parked in the public underground car park.

Guest card:

If you wish to ski on the day of check-in and arrive before 10am, please park directly in one of the Silvretta cable car, car parks. When purchasing your ski pass, please let them know that you will be presenting your guest card on the following day. You will then receive the Ischgl VIP ski pass.

Quiet time:

The majority of our guests at the Lux Appartements and also ourselves appreciate peace and quiet in the evening. No loud activities are planned after 10pm, so that everyone can start the next day of skiing feeling rested. Please also keep quiet in the stairwell.


We ask our guests to leave the apartments by 10am at the latest. A later check-out must be requested in advance and is only possible if we are able to offer it.

Skiing after check-out:

If you wish to ski after check-out on the day of departure, the apartment and car park are available for you until 10am. Parking at Lux after 10am must be clarified in advance and is only possible subject to availability.

We take great care of our environment and try to make your holiday as sustainable as possible. We can only do this in co-operation with our guests. Your contribution to this goal can be achieved in small and easy to implement steps. These include the following points:

Rubbish separation:

The correct rubbish recycling and disposal in the apartments is very important to us. Please observe our recycling system. You will find boxes for plastic, metal and paper in the apartments. You will also find a bin for organic waste and a bin for residual waste. Mixed packaging such as plastic and metal (e.g. yoghurt pots) must be separated and leftover food must be disposed of.


If possible, travel together in one vehicle. Ischgl is also well connected to the public transport network. The nearest railway station is in Landeck. Regular buses run from there to Ischgl.

Ventilation in the apartment:

Please avoid continuous ventilation or constantly tilted windows. This damages the building and leads to high energy usage and costs.


Our house is fully thermally insulated and the lighting fixtures are exclusively energy-saving LED lamps. Nevertheless, we ask you to switch off all lights and powered devices when you leave the apartment or to remove the power card which switches off all non-essential power sources.


If you like to drink still water, you do not need to transport water bottles from your home town or buy them in the shop. The tap water in Ischgl is free of chemicals and is of a very high quality.


Please only buy the amount of food that you are actually able to consume. If there is any food left over when you leave, please do not dispose of it in the residual waste. Simply leave it in the fridge, we will then separate the packaging and make the food available for composting.

Warming up your car:

In Austria, it is forbidden to warm up the car engine when it is stationary. Please adhere to these regulations and only start your car when you actually plan to leave.
